Help needed!

I found this small slip of paper on the beach about two weeks ago. It seems to be a photocopy (apart from the larger biro mark near the centre), cut out with scissors, and was once folded several times into a tiny rectangle. It was soaking wet, and I think it may have been in the sea. From what I have been able to find out I think it is written in Riqa Arabic. I'm not asking for a translation, but I would be very interested to know what it is. Do you know?

  1. I am an Arab speaker :)

This piece of paper was obviously used by someone who had a bad eye, or thought a ghost is teasing him!

The transcript is some verses of Quran and other prayers for safety.I think the user was advised to throw it into a running water

This had NOTHING to do with religion, it's just nonsense.

  3. I have had a couple of different suggestions now from people on what they think I ought to do with the text, which are very much appreciated. Someone is taking this to an Imam for me, and I have decided to follow their advice. Everyone has been so helpful I think this is the best course of action. Thank you to you all for help.
